Joe and Sarah at the Cliffs of Moher.

When Sarah and I flew into Dublin, we had no idea what to expect. Only whiskey, Guinness, and driving on the left side of the road. Even though we were only there for about a week, we feel like we immersed ourselves in the country's cultural heritage by visiting ancient castles, wandering through quaint towns, and enjoying traditional music in cozy pubs. By the way, if you walk into a pub and there is no live music; just wait. They’ll be setting up within the hour. We learned how to pour the perfect Guinness (and got a certificate to prove it), sampled all the pub food we could get our hands on, and got lost in the charm of the cities and people around us. Whether sipping on a pint in a local pub or marveling at the rugged beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland promises unforgettable moments and a deep connection to this Emerald Isle.
